DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROJECT:

Architectural Services consisted of reviewing the Owner's original master plan, preparing revised master plan documents, design documents and working with the selected contractor for budget control. Services also included preparation of final construction documents for Phase I education facilities, and conducting weekly construction administration services.
